To ensure the best quality, please avoid leaving gifts in a hot mailbox as high temperatures can cause melting. For added security, consider opting for signed delivery, and remember that options with ice packs and extra packing are available in our shop.

Please note that all are handled on a case-by-case basis. Melted products are NOT returnable, and any issues with products must be sent back with their original packaging to be processed. If need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
